Do we need a meeting first?
We are always happy to meet with prospective clients, whether that is at our offices or your place of business – but we know that this isn’t always possible. Especially if you’re based in a different area of the country.
We will need to talk about a few things before we begin our web design work, but this can be easily done in a phone call or through a Zoom/Skype meeting, at a time that suits you.
How long will it take?
This is completely dependent on what you need. It obviously takes a lot longer to build a 1000 page megasite than a smaller eight page website for example. Why not ask for a no-obligations quote from the team?
How much will it cost?
The tried and tested question! The answer to this question completely depends on what you need, but you can rest assured that we deliver the best possible value for money and it won’t break the bank.
Are there any other costs for my website?
If you host through us, there are additional hosting charges. There may also be costs for photos if you can’t supply them yourself. Other than that, we always make extra charges if there are any crystal clear upfront so you know exactly where you stand.
*Web hosting is required in order to get your website online. It is the space that you ‘rent’ which houses your web files and allows users to access your site and the information contained on it.
Will my new website have an SSL certificate?
An SSL certificate is now really important as part of your hosting plan, to make sure that your website shows up as a secure site in Google searches. Search engines, such as Google, favour sites which have an SSL certificate as they want users to access the best possible results. All hosting packages with us include an SSL certificate.
Will it be mobile friendly?
It most certainly will be! More and more people are accessing the web via small screens than ever, and the trend is likely to carry on. If your site doesn’t display or work properly on a mobile or tablet screen, you risk losing a big chunk of your potential audience. It means mobile responsive web design is absolutely essential these days. Every single website we create is mobile responsive.
Is support available once it is live?
Support is available once your site is live, we are here to help you get the most from your new site. We can also provide you with training where required for you to manage the site yourself moving forwards.
