The challenge
Red Squirrel Trust Wales needed a contemporary website to raise awareness of its conservation work and encourage community involvement.
The Trust wanted a better user experience, prominent wildlife imagery, easy donations and volunteer sign-up, and full cross-device compatibility so supporters could get involved however they found the site.
What we did
We ran discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand audience needs and messaging priorities, then mapped user journeys for different visitor segments.
Intuitive navigation and built-in donation calls-to-action made it easy for visitors to act, with accessibility and mobile responsiveness prioritised throughout the build.
