I use it every day, the results are amazing and i enjoy the extra productivity it gives me.
Do you think Chat GPT is effective in understanding and responding to user queries?
Its getting better every day, the new Chat-GPT 4.0 language model has just been made available and there will be continual improvements.
Do you find the potential capabilities of AI software exciting or concerning?
It’s both exciting and concerning. I think a lot of jobs are going to be lost and this will cause a lot of social issues. As well as us not knowing what is ‘real’ any longer. Its going to happen really quickly too!! From a owner business point of view, its all good news if we embrace AI and harness the capabilities though.
How do you see AI software evolving in the coming years?
AI will be embedded into every part of our lives and i think it the changes will be a as profound as any past technological innovation we have ever seen.
Overall, do you believe that AI software is a positive or negative development in our industry?
For our industry, it’s a great thing!

Have you used Chat GPT or any other AI Chatbot before? If so, what was your experience like?
Yes I have used Chat GPT and other AI writing tools. AI writing tools were a game changer for us initially, as it allowed us to generate content a lot quicker than we did previously, however some of the content was not always correct and it did need to be reviewed quite thoroughly.
I have only used Chat GPT a little bit, but was pretty blown away initially by the software and it’s capabilities. It seems much more intelligent than other AI writing tools, and I am looking forward to using it more and trying the Pro version. We do have to be very careful using these tools going forward, as Google is likely to penalize the use of articles that appear to be be overly written with AI.
Do you think Chat GPT is effective in understanding and responding to user queries?
From the little use of it I have had so far, I have found it to be very effective and has understood all my user queries. I was very, very impressed with it.
Do you find the potential capabilities of AI software exciting or concerning?
Very exciting. AI is the future, and I am really interested to see how it comes into play in our day to day lives over the next few years and what new AI tools will be available for us to use in the workplace. It could also be a little bit concerning though, as robots, self-serving tills and such like, means we are taking work away from human beings!
How do you see AI software evolving in the coming years?
It has already evolved quite significantly in recent years with the introduction of Amazon Alexa and similar voice-controlled gadgets, self-drive cars etc, and seeing the speed of how AI is coming into our lives more and more and how much more it’s talked about, I expect it to be quite explosive over the next 10 years. I believe it could have quite an impact in health care, identifying and treating sickness, providing people with a better quality of life, and reducing death.
Overall, do you believe that AI software is a positive or negative development in our industry?
I believe it will have a positive impact in our industry. It could potentially save us a lot of time with repetitive tasks. Google Ads has been using AI for a while, to improve delivery of ads to the right person at the right time, which apparently has improved conversion rates.

Initially my experience felt a bit alien but the more I’ve come to use it I have found it highly beneficial and cuts workload time considerably.

Yes… and no. Chat GPT does the leg work for you and gives you a good starting point but it doesn’t fully resolve the problem.
Do you find the potential capabilities of AI software exciting or concerning?
A bit of both. Its a very exciting prospect to see how it evolves and how our lives can be enriched using it. However, it does have its pitfall. Experienced employees may see their hard-work taken over by AI and potentially have to change their career path.
How do you see AI software evolving in the coming years?
AI will definitely revolutionise how we work. With systems becoming more and more AI generated, we will see a lot more creative thinkers in the world with most of the work being done by AI generation.
Overall, do you believe that AI software is a positive or negative development in our industry?
I’m on the fence with this one. In some respects it is positive in that it cuts ‘doing’ time and leaves more time for problem solving. However, negative in that, there would be less skilled workers coming through as we rely on AI. There should still be a level of understanding but I feel that we will no longer be seeing this with younger talent.

Have you used Chat GPT or any other AI Chatbot before? If so, what was your experience like?
I have used AI chatbots from as early as I have been using the internet as a teenager – I recall basic chatbots on MSN messenger that had preprogrammed answers, it wasn’t that intelligent but was good fun to interact with. After that, the novelty of chatbots wore thin quickly when they started to be used in place of real people in tech support centres. There was another leap forward when we started to use voice activation on smart phones and smart speakers, asking Alexa, Siri, Cortana and Google Assistant questions and to commands to perform tasks for us became immediately appealing. The convenience and utility that it offers to our lives is undeniable. Chat GPT absolutely blew my mind upon its first usage. I saw a video of someone using it to write a Drake song – https://www.youtube.com/shorts/e1_caZAerlU . You start to realize that creative roles that we thought would be safe from automation suddenly get are starting to implement it in ways that we previously couldn’t imagine.

Chat GPT is very effective, it does sometimes make some small errors that would be hard to spot unless you yourself are knowledgeable in that particular area, but across the board it’s pretty impressive. I’m sure these will be ironed out soon.
Do you find the potential capabilities of AI software exciting or concerning?
Both. It’s going to change absolutely every industry, from artistic to logistics. Many jobs are going to be replaced by AI and many folks will find themselves unemployed while profits go to big tech companies. Maybe those tech companies will have to be taxed by the government and be used to supply a universal basic income to all people, and they will be free to top this up with their own projects? I could see this being a good thing or a bad thing depending on who you are and what role you play in society.
How do you see AI software evolving in the coming years?
I see it becoming something that every person will rely on every day.

Positive or negative – buckle up and get ready to adapt. Huge change, but also huge opportunities on the way. I’ve seen some really awesome creative projects that are utilizing this technology in exciting ways, but there are also proponents of an AI ban worldwide to give us a chance to adapt to the changing new world. Chat GPT has only been popular for a couple of months and its already changing the world. I wonder what it’s going to look like in a year or two?

Yes, I have used Chat GPT and other AI softwares. I was really impressed with Chat GPT capabilities when I first used it and I can see how it has become a valuable resource for many users.

I have found Chat GPT effective, however I do question if some of the information it provides is 100% accurate.

A bit of both. I find it exciting because of the variety of things it offers and it provides a great solution to gathering information when you might be short on time. However, I do have concerns about it taking away people’s creativity and jobs.

I see AI Software becoming even more integrated into our lives in the years to come. I see people using it more to help automate tedious and repetitive tasks, freeing up more time for the important tasks.

I believe that the development of AI has both positive and negative impacts. On the positive side, it allows businesses to increase efficiency and productivity. However, there is still a lot of uncertainty about the impact that AI will have on the supply and demand of jobs.

I have used another type of AI software before, for writing descriptions and helping with writing articles. It definitely helps with building from an initial idea, leaving room to expand on the context. Although sometimes it can go a little off topic, so you just have to make sure to check over the information before using it.
Do you think Chat GPT is effective in understanding and responding to user queries?
Most of the time, I do think it is effective, but not 100% reliable. You do have to analyse the information it creates to ensure no errors or repeats have been made. But I think there is definitely room for AI to grow, which I’m sure it will within the next few years.
Do you find the potential capabilities of AI software exciting or concerning?
A little bit of both really. I think it’s a good user experience way of working more efficiently, but it will become increasingly more difficult to prove work as your own, or to determine whether it was written by AI or not. It may be seen as concerning due to people taking advantage and using it in education assignments, etc. Some industries may not see this as a transparent way of working.
I read recently that it was found that the winner of a photograph competition had actually used AI to create it. So, it looks like it can come with some issues too. But, I think that will just create a higher level of inspection from search engines such as Google and maybe guidelines to leaving marks labelled as AI on imagery, maybe?
How do you see AI software evolving in the coming years?
I think it will be used more widely across different industries. But also, I think there will be more rules on how it can be used and a rule of labelling work as AI. With the ever-growing use of AI, it may become increasingly more difficult to determine work as original, or generated using AI. So, perhaps some work in industries will have to be “AI checked”.
Overall, do you believe that AI software is a positive or negative development in our industry?
I think it’s a positive change in that it allows us to work more efficiently. As technology and marketing are constantly changing, I think that as contributors to the world of marketing, we would be rash to avoid the developments of the industry and how technological advances such as AI can bring a new wave of working.

I have played around with ChatGPT and some of the AI image generators. So far impressed, but can see some limitations to the quality of the content produced.

In the main yes. It is very polite though when you ask it to do something that it wont do.

Yes

I would imagine that there are very very few people who would be able to keep up with the speed of the accelerating evolution of AI as it gathers momentum. I am not one of them.
